I have a client that uses GoDaddy IMAP email accounts (I know...) with Outlook 2010 client (updated to SP2) on Win 7 pro. Have a new user that was just setup, and for some odd reason new emails do not deliver to Outlook when they come into the account (I can see them in webmail). After a long (up to two hours) delay they eventually make it to the Inbox in Outlook. The only way to push them along (send/receive does nothing) is to close out of Outlook and re-open, at which time the new messages come right in.
I have absolutely no idea what to look at. The wonderful folks at GoDaddy support suggested I google it...
