I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

To recover image, use Switch recovery procedure.
If switch enters rommon mode , it can be done remotely if you have  Out-of-band remote access to console port (terminal/comm server or dial in through modem).

just to add, you can also do it remotely using different screen sharing applications like teamviewer and other like applications. You will need remote hands to perform the reboot or other stuff that can only be done physically. Also, if you have  RDP access, that should also be possible
