C# & SQL & XML - Escape characters returned in XML

Dear all,
Pulling a field out of a SQL table which contains a huge  XML(~45Mb) .

I need to be able to load this XML into an MSXML2.DOMDocument30 variable, but I got error the XML is being returned with escape characters.

How can I load the XML and handle escape characters for such a huge file.

Would it possible for you to share the sample file (of the text field from DB) with escape characters that you are talking about?
Also the code that you have written to load that text field as XML in MSXML doc object?
