update Cell in Excel with a value when that Cell actually changes

Hi
I have an excel spreadsheet that I want to update automatically when a cell in a particular column changes

If I put any negative value into column A then I want it to change to 0

I will be copying and pasting large number of values into column A of a spreadsheet – if there are any values that are negative in the list I want those to be set to zero

I would like this to occur when the cell actually changes – I know I can put an if statement into excel but I would like to do this is VB code in ‘Worksheet_Change’

Example
1
3
-1
4

Result
1
3
0
4

thanks
Mike

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
Dim cel As Range

For Each cel In Range("A1:A" & Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row)
    If cel.Value < 0 Then
        cel.Value = 0
    End If
Next
End Sub
