SSRS 2008 Scroll Bars Missing

I promoted a report to report server. It has been working fine. Now all of a sudden, the scroll bars on the bottom are missing and the ones on the right side are there but do not scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Running report under IE11.

I tried making some report columns smaller but that did not seem to help. I did add a new column to the report, but I have shaved other columns to compensate for the size of the new column.

The report is wide (34.5) but it was running fine yesterday and before I added new report column.

No help.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Finally found out what was causing this issue.  A DBA was making changes to the report server trying to correct another issue. The changes he made caused these scrolling issues I was having. I worked with him and he finally got whatever setting he was doing corrected thus eliminating my issue.

I just happened to call another DBA and mentioned my problem. He then told me about this other DBA.

This issue was caused by a DBA making changes to report server, not by anything I did. Once DBA corrected, my problems were corrected.
