PST File doesn't show subfolders under Inbox

We had to restore the operating system of a computer so we made a full backup using EASEUS for workstation then we recovered the PST file in order to use it in the formatted computer but after configuring the new email account and then linked to the recovered file, Oulook shows the inbox only with the email in it but not any subfolder or email there.

I have tried SCANPST tool, which reports that there are 42 Folders and 12105 elements with errors, so repairs the file but If I open Outlook the same issue is present again.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Either only the current folder was exported, an incorrect pet file was copied or the user had more than one post file and only one was copied.   There is not much that can be done unless you have a copy of the past files somewhere else.

The strange thing is that the recovered PST File has a big size with more than 6Gb and the Inbox, Sent, and Deleted folders have a few messages.

I forgot to mention that the only folder afected is inbox, because deleted and sent messages are correct

Are you even opening the .pst file?  In Outlook ...File>open>open outlook data file...navigate to where the pst is located and open it up
