Exchange 2010 OWA gateway

I have a Exchange 2010 cluster of three servers, all three with all roles. As of now we also have a TMG 2010 acting as aproxy for OWA, Active Sync and Outlook Anywhere.
That means clients connects to the TMG and the TMG forward the requests to the internal servers.

I want to get read of the TMG but how do I handle it's role? What are my options? Just pick one the servers in the cluster, do a NAT-1NAT to an external IP and let clients connect to it?? Or can I configure our Watchguard XTM to handle like the TMG?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

if you want to remove TMG, there are few options

1. Configure direct NAT/PAT to your public ip address to email server

2. install Windows 2012 R2 Server and configure web application proxy
( this is the replacement of reverse proxy feature in TMG 2010. Configure your nat to web application proxy
