Client is receiving almost no emails through their email address. For some time they've logged in through; no customer service available for this. Who do we call? lists as being down, but I'm not sure it would have shown it was up. Help?

Pinging shows 100% loss which pretty much means it's not working.  Can't connect with a web browser either, just no response.

You're right; what I don't know is that, since email is handled through, should I still be able to ping Some email addresses don't always have a website connected to them, just the domain name.
