Adding a Group Policy Object to a User

I have a domain called Vitreous. Under Domains > Vitreous.local > Group Policy Objects I have a group policy called ExamRooms.  In the "Security Filtering" I have two values:

Authenticated Users (probably going to delete that since this GPO doesn't apply to all Authenticated Users) and "Exam Room (exam@Vitreous.local)".

When I go to Active Directory Users and Computers and I look at the groups that "Exam Room" is a member of all I have is "Domain Users."  When I try to add ExamRooms I get the error "An object named "examrooms" cannot be found.

How do I take this GPO and apply it to the ExamRooms user?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

please create a new OU and name it as ExamRoom in AD then create 'ExamRoom' group and 'ExamRoomUser' user in that OU.
Add ExamRoomUser in ExamRoom Group, now create a new GPO and link it in the ExamRoom OU.
