Previously I'd inquired about a client with suddenly horrible spam problems with her Hotmail account. It was recommend that I check the settings an turn up the spam filtering from "Standard" to "Exclusive" in Outlook.com. We did this. After 24 hours, no help whatsoever.
Is my only choice to use an email client on a laptop so that the installed ESET Smart Security will filter out the spam? She normally accesses the account on an iPad and I'm not aware of a spam filter I can add there.
