I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You will need to provide more information before assistance can be given...

What software are you using for starters.

Ok, it appears there is a table on the last page of your document. This is ok just Word treats it differently. Word will insist on an empty paragraph after the table. This "empty" paragraph cannot be deleted because it holds formatting information for the entire document.

Here is how to get rid of the "blank" page:

1. Step

Change the View mode of the document to Draft

2. Step

Make sure you are on the Home tab. Turn on the paragraph marking tool if it's not already on

3. Step

Highlight the last paragraph marker

4. Step

Click the Context arrow in the lower right corner of the Font section on the ribbon

5. Step

Click the checkbox for Hidden under the Effects section and click OK
This will remove the "blank" page at the end of the document.

Kindly confirm which Version of Word this is for. We have Word 2013. Is there anything to do after we click ok?
Zac HarrisSystems Administrator Commented:
I was using 2010. I just happened to upgrade to 2013 yesterday and checked the instructions just now. It's even easier there...

1. Step 1

Change the View mode of the document to Draft

2. Step 2

Make sure you are on the Home tab. Turn on the paragraph marking tool if it's not already on

3. Step 3

Highlight the last paragraph marker

4. Step 4

Change the font size to 1
The "blank" page will disappear.
