Customer recently upgraded from Windows 7 but printed fine to a networked Lexmark MS810dn for a month before it quit. Others in the network can print to it.
The printer says that it has the wrong driver but you can't install the new driver, update the driver or remove the printer from Windows. Can't start the service. Saw another post that said to take the HTTP out of the registry setting.....still doesn't work.
Windows repair can't start the service either.
I think we may have to manually delete the driver.
