outlook 2013 exchange 2010

Outlook keeps sending acceptance for this meeting multiple times every day.

how can I check why the meeting is doing it

Check message tracking and also try creating a new Outlook profile. See if it corrects the issue.

So if the meeting invites are being sent from Lync they are still going to appear in the Users Mailbox Calendar. re-create the Outlook profile for this one user and see if this issue continues.

I would suggest that you uninstall Lync client, delete the user's Lync cache folder!

Lync 2013 folder location is  here
%userprofile%\appdata\local\microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync

Skype for Business 2015 client
%userprofile%\appdata\local\microsoft\Office\16.0

When you have Lync client and Outlook there's a MAPI connection and EWS connectivity established between both clients to retrieve the Calendar from your outlook. There' a big possibility that  this issue might be caused due to a connectivity re-attempt.

Once you clean the cache. check if Outlook will still send emails or not. If it's stopped reinstall Lync client and make sure you update it to the latest patches available by Microsoft.
