a user while configuring outlook cannot found automatically the settings to new connection in Office365 server.

Is the computer or user account in Active Directory only allowing certain users to logon to it.  (Logon Restrictions).  I have seen where if you do have logon restrictions set and you don't have your ADFS servers listed as allowed to logon to office will fail to locate and authenticate.

You have to check your public DNS configuration. Is autodiscover pointing to autodiscover.outlook.com using CName record.

You'll need to also have MSOID Cname record pointing to clientconfig.microsoftonline-p.net.

You can check all the needed DNS records On O365 portal's Domain tab.

Is this Exchange on-premises or Office 365? If it's on-premises then yes you might want to check if the UPN matches the Proxy address. Usually it should be problem because when Autodiscover lookup starts and finds that you have a mismatch between Proxy address and the UPN then it'll prompt again for you to enter the UPN in a different box .

If however this is Office 365 only (Not Hybrid) then you need to direct autodiscover to autodiscover.outlook.com instead of autodiscover.clearchannel.com.br

If it's on-premises and you didn't have a UPN issue then I would suggest that you check your Outlook anywhere configuration, Firewall and Certificate.

Check Active Directory Users and Groups and go to the user account -- right click and say properties -- go to the account tab --  and click on "log on to" make sure all computers is selected.  

Also does web access work?  What else have you tried?  Is it just 1 user and no one else?

his machine is fine only , all users are having  the problem is in remote server, to remote users

Checking this domain's MX record it doesn't seem it's pointing to Office 365. Are you 100% certain that this domain's mail system is hosted on Office 365?

The MX is pointing to this company "mxa-001b1801.gslb.pphosted.com"

If you're certain that it's hosted in Office 365 then you need to change your public domain's Autodiscover Cname record to point to autodiscover.outlook.com the issue should be resolved automatically .

Also you need to create the other Exchange online DNS records like msoid.clearchannel.com.br

And finally correct your MX records if you are not receiving Emails.

Apparently your Exchange is not on Office 365 then. it's on PPhosted.com! you'll need to verify that your Outlook anywhere is configured properly and that you have a public certificate that includes both your OWA SAN and autodiscover.clearchannel.com.br

Ok I guess I am starting to understand how you're using Office 365. it seems that PPhosted.com offer "Advanced Threat Protection and Email Continuity" for Office 365 hosted mail. it's probably similar to Exchange online protection that's why your MX are pointing to their datacenter.

So In this scenario you'll need to configure your autodiscover properly to point to autodiscover.outlook.com and that should make things work.

Could you please send a screenshot of your web mail? If it's Office 365 OWA so we can all make sure that you're using Office 365 not anything else.

Second it's not the Hostfile you'll be checking. it's your Public DNS! I am attaching a screenshot of what your current autodiscover config looks like.
