Exchange 2013 sending email issue

I am running an Exchange 2013 server and for the life of me, can't figure out how to fix this issue.  When my server send an email, it is sending as the server name ie: serv-dc-exch-001 instead of just mail.serv.com.  How to I fix that?

I fixed the banner info, but not finding out how to fix the actual message headers info sent in the email.

I do, the A record exists, mx, reverse etc.  I am thinking it is more of a server setting I have missed in exchange 2013 that is sending at the FQDN instead of the mail.domain.com that would match my a record, mx record etc.
who is hosting your outside dns? check the name there as well
check what is showing up  in mxtoolbox.com
Have you got any smart host configured? Ensure you have correctly setup if you required or delete it and let your server access to send smtp outside.

Ah ha!  Let me try that, is it an immediate fix?  If I send a test email to an outside email, I will see the changes?
Yes it should be.  You may have to restart hub transport if it doesn't..
Sorry, forgot to close this one out, but this corrected the issue.  Thanks so much for the help
