How to check who moved a mailbox in Exchnage 2010 when auditing is not enabled?

Hi

How would I check which one of my team members has moved a mailbox to a different database when exchange auditing has not been enabled. How can I check who moved the mailbox?

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Look in mailbox database, stored as an Exchange database (.edb) file.
I would ask your team members, more respectful than spying on them.

In EMC when you go to MoveMailbox container and find the Mailbox, highlight and go to LOG tab, once there click on ViewLog and you would see at the starting who has initiated it

Something like
7/7/2015 8:41:46 AM [ServerName] 'DN of the user' created move request.
