"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You could run replmon.exe and check the replication between DCs.

There is different types of replication InterSite and InTraSite.

InterSite replication is replication that happens between Active Direcotry Sites. The default replication interval is 180 minutes between sites. You can decrease this down to 15 minute which is the minimum.

IntraSite replication is replicaiton that happens between DC's in the same Active Directory site. This replciaiton is much faster approx 2secs between replciation amoung the DC 's in the Site.

You can check replicaiton by using the following commands.

repadmin /replsum
repadmin /showrepl
repadmin /bridgeheads

You can also change the InterSite Replciaiton interval within AD Sites and Services.

Will.
