Basic C# question
Hi
Im trying to learn c sharp but am confused about a particular thing I have seen..
My understanding is
a = a+b;
is the same as
a += b;
However, while reading a tutorial on windows iot, they have this statement on a method that doesn't return anything;
 timer.Tick += Timer_Tick;

How does this work and what exactly is it doing? I researched this but struggled to find any answers. Any help is appreciated.
