How to Define a new type in

I purchased an add on to to read from a network device.  Its ingeardrivers if that matters.  They have some example code and it works, but I am trying to create a copy of the program, and I run into this below.
Dim tagGroup As New TagGroup  (in the program I have created this says TagGroup is not defined but it works fine in the example program.

I copied the code on the example program, and I have added the references of the example program, but this line has an error in my code.  How do I find where this is addressed in the example program.  I have dug through everything I can find, but don't know what I am doing wrong.
