Eclipse for PHP

I installed Xampp Control Panel v3.2.1 and am only firing up Apache. I installed Eclipse for PHP using their installer and chose the Mars.1.Release 4.5.1
As dumb as this sounds, do I have further configurations to set in Eclipse? I can create a php page just fine, but when I select run, I receive a 404 error from Apache. The php page only has phpinfo() in it.
What must I do to correct this error?
Shouldn't I be able to select a page and select run to be able to preview it?
What am I missing here? I have attached a picture of the error.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would believe the error message.  Your "Testing Eclipse" directory needs to be under C:\xampp\htdocs for that address to work properly.  I strongly advise you to not put spaces in file and directory names that will be used on the internet.  The '%20' and other encodings cause problems at times.
