We have O365 and a Windows 2012 server. We have a number of engineers and we created calendars for them under one of the generic email accounts so they can all see these. We had a problem the other day where these calendars disappeared and we have look for the everywhere and even with Microsoft help did an eDiscovery search but we still cannot find the data. What we think what has happened is that one of the iPads or iPhones has somehow deleted this information. We have now recreated these calendars and would like a way to back them up from one of the Windows computers in the office. As Outlook 2013 uses OST’s is there a way for us to automatically export this mailbox to a pst so we can back it up?
