windows 7 user cant login

on windows 7 user page , while login user , it tries to login and again back to same screen showing user

try system restore to a day before the last patchday. It seems related to the last set of windows patches.

It is known issue that related to Microsoft's update  KB3097877.

try removing this update...if fixed the issue for us

if you can get to safe mode with command prompt run
wusa /uninstall /kb:3097877

There is a script available to remove the update & M$ are busy on an update for their update!
Generally only touchscreen enabled - or capable - machines have been reported including a entire model of Vostros worldwide!

KB3097877 was just re-issued this morning (less than an hour ago). Can you start up without Outlook starting and then run updates again.

computer is not login .....reaching the page user names ...when click it will come same screen again
