Office 2013 click to run on windows 7 will not update

Outlook keeps crashing.  Started after the last Windows update a day ago.   Ran Office Configuration Analyzer Tool for Outlook and it said Office was out of date, and indeed it was.  So I went to File/Account for "Update Options" and found no option to "Update Now."

This was also after I uninstalled/reinstalled Office 2013 in an effort to fix the problem.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

KB3097877 issued Tuesday Nov 10 (Patch Tuesday) was botched and affects Outlook.

Try the following:

1. Try updating Windows again. KB3097877 was re-issued this morning.
2. Try the Trust Setting in the article above. I did that last night and Outlook was working afterward.
