SharePoint 2010 List View Web Part Fails with Correlation ID: 0269f9f5-bf22-4edf-8156-0243cafbf2db

SharePoint 2010 Web Part Page has a web part list view on it that displays a list in the site.  It has worked for several years no problem.  Suddenly today it won't display and says:
"Unable to display this Web Part.  To troubleshoot the problem, open this Web Page is a Microsoft SharePoint Foundation-compatible HTML editor such as Microsoft SharePoint Designer.  If the problem persists, contact your web server administrator.

Correlation ID:7374da2f-0f83-4989-8b34-988a8d737949
"

I open the page in the Designer and it renders find.  But,  if I then click on Preview in Browser from the designer it fails with the same message.

Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,
you have to find the entry inside the SharePoint ULS log using the provided correlation id. There you will get (hopefully) are more detailed error message.
The SharePoint ULS log can normally (if not configured differently after Installation) on the SharePoint Server in folder:
C:\Program FIles\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\Logs

You should us a custom tool like Microsoft ULS Viewer as this makes it easier:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44020

Should work for 2010 as well.
