Inquire Add-In for Excel 2013 - Missing from COM Add-on List

I had this question after viewing Inquire Add-In for Excel 2013.

We can't find the Inquire Add-in on Excel Home and Business 2013.  Is there a way to download it? I tried to enable the Inquire COM add-in but it's missing from that list.

These Steps won't work if the add-in in missing
To enable Inquire in Excel 2013
1.      In Excel 2013, on the File tab, choose Options.
2.      In the Excel Options dialog box, click Add-Ins.
3.      In the Manage list, choose COM Add-ins, and then click Go.
The COM Add-ins dialog box appears.
4.      Select Inquire, and then click OK.
Excel 2013 now displays an Inquire tab.

You might need the Professional version of Office 2013.  That is what I have and the "Inquire" check box is there.

ScottCha do you know if there's anyway to add it if you don't have the Professional version?
It looks like Inquire isn't available on Home and Business versions---only Professional Plus and Office 365 Professional Plus. See this Microsoft page.

The Professional Plus and Office 365 Professional Plus are volume licensing versions. Is that what you have ScottCha?
Yes.  Professional Plus VL.
