No. I am in SpamHaus now. Can you see www.spamhaus.org in your browser?

Looks like a problem with their DNS at the moment.  Its not resolving.

Either that or they do not allow you to ping them (to prevent attacks). The site is up and well.

Hi,

First of all, xbl.spamhaus.org, zen.spamhaus.org, and many others don't have any A or CNAME records, so you will not be able to resolve or ping it at all.
If you try to check if spamhaus is working, you can use nslookup or dig command.
If you try to enter in nslookup "d.c.b.a.zen.spamhaus.org" where is a.b.c.d is the IP address you are checking if it is listed, you should get that name resolved with ip address 127.0.0.x.  (yes, IP address is turned around at the lookup)
Example: If you try to resolve 107.178.203.192.zen.spamhaus.org you should get 127.0.0.2, as that IP address is used to test SBL at http://www.crynwr.com/spam/
You can use that crynwr robot to test if your mail server is configured correctly for spamhaus.

(Look at "testing mail server" header at http://www.spamhaus.org/faq/section/DNSBL%20Usage#366 )

But if you can not resolve that 107.178.203.192.zen.spamhaus.org address from your mail server, than it could be that your mail server IP was blocked for using spamhaus as you may not be permitted to use it for free. Or if you are using high volume DNS servers, spamhaus won't work too (like google DNS servers as forwarders).

At this moment spamhaus RBL lists are working correctly.

IP address or better said host name used for checking XBL list is 138.178.203.192.zen.spamhaus.org (192.203.178.138) and you should get the answer 127.0.0.4
