Need help creating Site Layout using MVC

Hi,

Need help creating site layout  which is almost similar to the image attached using ASP.NET MVC  razor syntax. Can someone help me with this with a layout page & view page.

Appreciate your help.

I have started with following code. Still no luck. I have attached a screenshot. I am using bootstrap and telerik kendo controls.
