Mismatch of MPIO driver versions - HP 10GB iSCSI to EMC SAN

I have fully patched all 4 nodes and I still have 2 different versions of the driver
MPIO.pngAny ideas on how to fix this?

All of these updates installed? 2012 R2 Cluster Updates and Hotfixes.

Cluster Aware Updating runs been done?
