o365,
users are not able to connect to o365 from citrix server. they are all able to connect from their client machines.
basically users are not able to configure their outlook on citrix server . it cannot do autodiscover.
I checked with RCA , his autodiscover works fine, webmail works fine
he has outlook 2010 sp2 on citrix server , office sign in assistant is also installed

Run the Autodiscover test locally: hold CTRL while right-clicking on Outlook's icon in the tray, select Test E-Mail AutoConfiguration, enter username and password, clear the two Guessmart checkboxes and run the test. Check the log tab for any details, if the test fails post the results here.

out look is not configured yet can I still see in system tray
You dont need to have a mailbox configured in Outlook in order to run the test.
