Network High Response Times for Unknown Reason
Lately, I have been experiencing periodic high response times that can last minutes, or even hours. I am unable to determine reason for this. I used PsPing on a workstation to run a constant ping to Google's public DNS to monitor the response times. I have been able to pinpoint the cause to a single server. While watching the PsPing results on a workstation, I have been watching the networking tab in task manager. There seems to be little to no activity, yet it is this server causing latency on the network. How can this be?
What do you find with Netalyzr regarding your internet connections?
What is the "single server"?? Is it yours or googles?

Testing revealed software on server is culprit.
Maybe by using a different DNS address?
I don't think it's surprising that a DNS lookup doesn't cause much network activity.
