Windows XP upgrade to Windows 10 - need Win7 key

I know you think I am crazy, but I have a number of 3-4 yr old XP machines (HP Core2 Duo) with 4gb RAM each & 32bit processor.  This client wants to upgrade across the board to Win10.  Ok with me, but he does not want to spend the money on Win7 just to get to win10.   Is there a shortcut from XP to Win10.  Obviously, under normal circumstances one would upgrade to Win7 and install the key, then download Win10.   I want to bypass Win7 or whatever.   Any suggestions would be most helpful.

As an alternative, is there a site you could recommend that offers very check Win7 keys???

Thanks in advance for you help.

"he does not want to spend the money on Win7"

That's called piracy and discussing it is against EE policies.

No you can't do that. Never mind the poor hardware performance. Even if you went with Windows 7 there is no upgrade from XP - it's a fresh install. Windows 10 is a free upgrade only for qualifying WIn7/8 machines.
Even a cursory, basic read would tell you that you cannot do this. Why even ask?  Purchase the OS you need.
