Port forwarding in Cisco RV215w

I have followed the steps here; http://sbkb.cisco.com/CiscoSB/GetArticle.aspx?docid=c70a397a8c304632bca2332443853db4_Port_Forwarding_on_RV215W.xml&pid=2&converted=0
for port forwarding on 8080.

When I query the port.

Starting portqry.exe -n x.x.x.x -e 8080 -p BOTH ...

Querying target system called:

Attempting to resolve IP address to a name...

IP address resolved to x.x.x.x.static.stls.mo.charter.com

TCP port 8080 (unknown service): NOT LISTENING

UDP port 8080 (unknown service): LISTENING or FILTERED
portqry.exe -n x.x.x.x -e 8080 -p BOTH exits with return code 0x00000002.

I have already updated the firmware and tried adding a rule to allow in the firewall.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
