Windows 10 and iTunes - Store not displaying properly.

I have a problem with iTunes on 2 x Windows 10 machines, both running 12.3.1

The issue is displayed here.

When I click on stuff in the middle like an album along the top, nothing displays. Other parts like "my music" is working fine. Seems like an issue with Apple Store on these two computers.

It's driving me crazy.

Try the following for a complete uninstall of iTunes:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features:
Uninstall the following in order as shown:

iTunes
Quick Time
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support

Restart the computer.

Remove the folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes

Now install the latest version 12.3.1.23. It seems to be working fine on my Windows 10 machine.

I reinstalled iTunes and those other related apps, rebooted and it didn't help unfortunately.

If you are dealing with purchases from iTunes, did you change computers?  Or did you happen to de-activate the phone?

I am just trying to access the app store from my PC which has always been fine up until recently. Seems a graphics issue as there are clickable sections where it's black but I can't see what it is. When it initially loads I can see everything, seems to be something to do with the carosel at the top which shows "what's new" etc

Some consumer machines have issues with Video Drivers. Try replacing Chipset, Video and BIOS is a new one is out.

I run a lot of games and so those things are updated as new versions come out, I would have had about 4 video driver updates installed since this issue occurred

Making the window smaller (I run 1440p monitors x 3) seems to have worked around. I'll downgrade Itunes and see what happens!
