Grouping Qty in Crystal Reports

Hello,

I have a Crystal Report Tax Invoice file and I want to Group the Product Codes together.
If they are sold more than once during a transaction.

For Example if I sell Product Code 2001 twice using a barcode scanner it would appear on my screen twice, but I want it to appear on my invoice (Print Out) as 1 line item with Qty 2. Please see example attached.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Depending on the exact structure of your report, it may not be this simple, but the obvious answer would be to:

Create a group on the product code field.
Copy the fields from the detail section to the product code group header or footer.
Create a summary of the quantity for the product code group and use that summary in the group header or footer, instead of the quantity field.
 Suppress the detail section.
