ACtive Directory OUs users export

Dear experts ,

Thanks in advance ...

I stuck again. I already asked this question again but the issue not yet resolved.
 Domain- Test.local
OU= Test.

New domain- Test1.test.local

I have exported and imported all the users from Test OU to new domain Test1.test.local using CSVDE tool.
Now the problem is users are not able to login to the new domain. The error is...
"The sign-in method you are trying to do is not allowed Contact your network admin."
I am requesting you please suggest at earliest its very urgent.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are various factors you can check, initially you can do one thing check one user which is imported and other create a new test user and check if they have same properties.
Secondly check they are in same OU's and both have same group memberships.
