search outlook mailbox for keywords

I want to search multiple outlook mailboxes for some keywords. Is there a tool that can automate this operation?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What is the framework for that? A single Outlook with multiple POP3 accounts? Exchange? Local cache?
What does "automate" mean?

I want to search all mailboxes of a company for certain keywords. They are working with Exchange on line of Microsoft, and outlook on the local PC's. I want to search all those mailboxes for some keywords.

searching your exchange is the easy part:
First you need to connect to your online exchange server environment.

https://technet.microsoft.com/library/jj984289(v=exchg.160).aspx

Once connected you will need start the search.

Get-Mailbox | Search-Mailbox -SearchQuery 'election OR candidate OR vote' -TargetMailbox "Discovery Search Mailbox" -TargetFolder "AllMailboxes-Election" -LogLevel Full

The second part Is a tough one if the content only resides on the clients computer.
You would need to copy each user's PST since only one connection can be made per PST.
