WCL is stuck in booting status
Hi Expert
I have WLC4402 and new adapter-DB9f-RJ45. After powering on, it stops in booting up, Please see the below. I cannot type any username and even any letters. If I press Esc key to try to set it back to factory configuration, there is any reaction. It looks like that the keyboard does not work. Actually I confirm keyboard work well. Any one can give some suggestion ? Thank you.

Are you using a blue serial-RJ45 cable?

Hi Thank you so much for your fast reply. I just bought a new adapter, (DB-9 Female Console Adapter RJ45). I need to plugging several line into the plug manually. I got the sequence of lines(please see picture in attachment) from internet. I doubt the sequence does not match my lines because I found other line sequence on the internet.
Here is my connection:
1 PC-USB-female-port
2 usb-male-port-------male-D B9-port
3 female-DB9-port---RJ45 (blue cable)
4 DB9-female-console-adapter (just bought)
5 WLC-female-port
Usually we just use step 1 to 3 to connect router

Make sure your pinouts match this...

It may just be that what you've aired at the adapter doesn't match up.

I replaced it with a new RJ45-DB9 adapter. The output from the console is the same as before. I still cannot type usename or any words after booting. Now I am not sure if the WLC can work well
