How to forward one exchange email to a distribution group and an another email address

Hi

We have exchange 2007 and outlook 2010 in our network.
We have a mail box called “Tours” and any one emails tour@org.co.uk  , the mail must need to be forwarded to  a distribution group called  “torganisers”  and within  the “torganisers” mail group there are 4 recipients.
Also any one emails tour@org.co.uk  ,  a CC must  go to the another user mail address ie Jadams@org.co.uk.

Please help, is there a way to achieve this .
Any tutorials much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi

Please see the attached the settings and i have setup the rule. When i send an email to tour@org.co.uk  the email is not received in the recipient mail box.
I dint add any distribution group in the rule , but added the recipients of the distribution group and another recipient where the email needs to be CC.
Please let me know if i have missed any thing.
