VSAN regenerate data

i want to know VSAN behavior in such scenario

in VSAN there are two type of failure

1- Degraded :  is where a disks has failed and the system has recognized this as such and knows it isn’t coming back. In this case VSAN recognizes this “degraded” state and will create a new mirror of the impacted objects immediately

2- absent : for example host failed or network or power supply - The “absent” state means that VSAN doesn’t know if it is coming back any time soon, this could be a host that has failed or for instance when you yank a disk, in this case the 60 minute time-out starts before VSAN wil start to take action and start to regenerate the other copy of the objects

in this case i have 2 questions

1-  what if the VSAN start to regenerate the data and after 10 min the host comeback to the VSAN cluster  what VSAN will do in this case

2- what if VSAN start to regenerate the data and found out there is no more enough space to  continue generating the data

thanks in advance
