Exchange Reporting

Yes, I have a question about exchange 2010 reporting features that it may have. We have created a mailing list that we will be sending emails too from time to time and management would like to know if we can give them some type of report that will
track  opens, clicks, and unopens . See how many, and most importantly, who opened what. Can you do this with exchange or not?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
