passing a variable to eclipse to debug

A variable is passed to my program when it is called.  I need to debug but I need to pass in a variable.  How can I do this when I am running in debug mode?

I am very new to Java and Eclipse so all help is appreciated.  Here is what I have done so far:

I placed breakpoints throughout my program.
I right clicked on the main() class and selected Debug As 'Java Application'.
It terminates right here because it does not have a value passed to it.  Here is my code:
package Classes;

public class En
  public static void main(String[] args)
    if (args != null)
      if (args.length == 1)
        Ef ef = new Ef(args[0]);

Open in new window

I am thinking I need to set the variable.  I right clicked the main() and selected Debug As ... Debug Configurations.  Do I do this under the 'Arguments' tab?  If so how?
