Sending e-mail via VBA in Excel

What vba code would I use to send an e-mail (using Outlook)?  The user will select a name from a list (radio button) and from that selection, I would like an e-mail to be sent to the person who's name was selected.  The list contains a name - but maybe I can create a list on another sheet with the names of the e-mail receivers.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
