Dell FX2/FC630 Monitor

I have a Dell FX2 Chassis with 2 PowerEdge FC630 servers in it and I'm working on getting the setup configured. The servers are in slot 1 and slot 2 of the server, and both power on and can give power to a keyboard and mouse.

However, when I use the FX2's built-in KVM, only the server in slot 2 shows up on the connected monitor. I have tried shutting down and reseating the slot 1 server, and switching out the monitor cable in case this was the issue, but to no avail.

I am unable to configure the server in slot 1 as a result of this issue (I was just going to go ahead and use the CMC's Launch Remote Console option, but that opens a website that just gets stuck in loading forever and I'm not sure why that doesn't work either).

Anyone run into this before and have any suggestions?

I'd try to swap the servers around to see if the problem follows the servers or stays on the slot.  That way you may be able to tell if the slot is bad.

So, I was not able to determine why that slot is not displaying, but I was able to get the remote console working to get the configuration done.
