Outlook Attachment Temp Folder

Recently, I was trying to utilize Windows Disk Cleanup to purge the Outlook temporary attachment files on my computer but was unsuccessful. It appears that WDC cleans the Windows temp files but does not touch the outlook attachment folder which is a sub folder within the root windows temporary folder.

Are you aware of any way to accomplish purging the Outlook attachment folder on a computer? If so, is there a way to automate this process by using Group Policy or something similar? Are you aware of any 3rd party software which can accomplish this?

Thank you for the replies. It is a mixed environment of Office 2010 and 2013.

Is there anyway to automate purging this "OutlookSecureTempFolder"?
