Website/Switching Issue

We have a client with an Extreme Networks switched network. We just installed a new Fortigate Firewall. All network traffic flows except to one site. HTTPS://wellsoffice.wellsfargo.com is the offending website. We can go to wellsfargo.com but not that sub domain.  Here is another twist to the issue. If we connect directly to the new firewall it works. To add more with the old FW which was an older ASA it worked. Trace routes all show traffic going correctly out the FG. Never ever seen anything like this. Was hoping someone might have some insight or may be able to point is in a direction. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Actually we have done all that and more.  Https works fine for every website except this one.  It even works for wellsfargo.com which is also https but not for wellsoffice.wellsfargo.com
If you try it on your computer you will see it comes up just fine.
