Website/Switching Issue

We have a client with an Extreme Networks switched network. We just installed a new Fortigate Firewall. All network traffic flows except to one site. HTTPS:// is the offending website. We can go to but not that sub domain.  Here is another twist to the issue. If we connect directly to the new firewall it works. To add more with the old FW which was an older ASA it worked. Trace routes all show traffic going correctly out the FG. Never ever seen anything like this. Was hoping someone might have some insight or may be able to point is in a direction. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Couple things I can think of:

Make sure:

- The port for https is not blocked outside of network
- Add "" to a whitelist or allow outside access

Something is causing you to block external access.

Actually we have done all that and more.  Https works fine for every website except this one.  It even works for which is also https but not for
If you try it on your computer you will see it comes up just fine.

Really old question, sure it's been solved, but if not, which security features of the fortigate are you using? Did you enable FULL SSL INSPECTION?
