Sometime user type wrongly, and cause them unable access to webmail. Hence, we plan to standardise our webmail access to or When user type, it will change to

why not just try this:

1. Create DNS Entry for
2. Buy a new certificate (or update your existing one, depending on your contracts) to reflect the new URL.
3. You have to Change the EXTERNAL URL for OWA and ECP.

That sounds a lot more best practice than fumbling around with IIS Settings?
