"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You will have to be more specific as to what device you are attempting to access.

Device Credentials usually refers to the information that you need to access a network device.  So if we are talking about a router that information might include the following:

telnet password
enable password
snmp community string

Your network administrator would have to provide you that information.

Thanks guys

I was trying to rehost the PAK for a cisco 881 router because I keyed one letter short for the PID.

Anyway Cisco has helped me to rehost it so I got a new license to install into the router.

Thanks for making the effort to assist, much appreciated.
