How do I identify a year in a date as even or odd? &nbsp;I &nbsp;need a formula like this:<br />

if {BENEFIT.START_DATE} year is an even year (for example 2016) then {BENEFIT.COV_OPTION_1}<br />
else<br />
if {BENEFIT.START_DATE} year is an odd year (for example 2017) then {BENEFIT.COV_OPTION_2}<br />

How do I identify a year in a date as even or odd?  I  need a formula like this:

if {BENEFIT.START_DATE} year is an even year (for example 2016) then {BENEFIT.COV_OPTION_1}
else
if {BENEFIT.START_DATE} year is an odd year (for example 2017) then {BENEFIT.COV_OPTION_2}

Identify dates as even or odd years

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information.
