IE page not showing in correct language.

I have a customer who is trying to access their webmail on http://outitgoes.com/ or an alias of the same page at http://mail-sack.co.uk/. Her default browser is IE 11 and except for these 2 pages all pages she browses display absolutely fine. However these two pages display in French and the second link at the bottom: "Manage Autoresponder" is missing:-

Mail-sack in frenchoutitgoes in french
If she tried using Chrome the pages display in English as expected.

Tried the tips here:-

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-vista/change-your-internet-explorer-language-settings

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/change-system-locale#1TC=windows-7

... to no avail. Can anyone suggest what is happening? I am unable to recreate the issue and am totally at a loss as to what might be happening.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

A user keeping passwords in IE is a security issue but leave it checked and continue.

Language and or keyboard set to Canadian French?

You can also specify which language you would like Internet Explorer to use when a web page is supplied in more than one language:
1.In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, select Internet Options... .
2.On the General tab, click Languages... .
3.In the Language Preference dialog box, click Add... . Select the language that you want, and then click OK.
i.Note: Five different encoding methods are used to process Chinese characters. You must choose the appropriate encoding method for your situation. If you are not sure which method to use, you can click all five methods. Internet Explorer automatically chooses the appropriate version for each web site. Three different encoding methods are used to process Japanese characters. All three are processed automatically.
4.If you read several languages, you can click Add... again to add other languages. Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to arrange the languages in order of priority. For web sites that offer multiple languages, the browser will display the content in the language that you've given the highest priority.
5.In the Language Preference dialog box, click OK.
6.In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK.
7.You will have to close and restart Internet Explorer for the change to take effect.
