Hi,

I can give you guidance, but I'll need some clarification.

When you say that you have "MS Dynamics 2011", can you specify which Dynamics product you are referring to?  Is it CRM?

And there isn't a Dynamics GP 2011 version, so I'm guessing you have GP 2010 or GP 2013?

Thanks,

It is crm
Thanks for the clarification.

To integrate Microsoft CRM with Dynamics GP, I'm aware of three package options.

1. The poorly named "Connector for Microsoft Dynamics".  Unfortunately, this is Microsoft's third attempt to connect CRM and GP, and I haven't heard one positive comment about this connector or met anyone who has successfully used it.  But it is free, so there may be some value in giving it a try and seeing what limitations or issues exist.

2. eOne SmartConnect: SmartConnect is a third party integration product for Dynamics GP, and eOne has a library of pre-built integrations for use with CRM.

3. Scribe:  Scribe is another third party integration tool, similar to SmartConnect, that also has GP to CRM templates.

There are other integration tools out there, but these are the common ones.

There is also the option to develop a custom integration with .NET, but that probably wouldn't be cost effective, and most customers would typically be better off with a package solution.

Please let me know if that answers your question, or if you need any additional information.

So where can I get gp?
You will need to get Dynamics GP from a Microsoft GP partner.

Microsoft has a partner directory, but doesn't have a filter for just Dynamics GP partners.

I don't know how old or accurate this list is, but it's a list of many of the larger GP partners by state:

If you would like a recommendation, please tell me which state the customer is located in and I'll see if there is one I have worked with in the region.
